Didnt they give him a title as he was robbed, then robbed him of that ? Only an interim belt, but a title all the same !

Herrera has been ill treat, his handlers owe him a big fight and a payday.is he under Haymon,Oscar or Bob ?

Herrera could be a unified, lineal champion and FOTY candidate.

Unfortunately winning isn't enough in boxing

He didn't clearly win either fight.

You can't complain about being robbed if you didn't clearly win

I didn't get to watch his fight against Benavidez in its entirety, but in regards to his fight against DSG I agreed w/the judges and scored it 8 rounds to 4, 116-112 for DSG.

I feel for the guy but FOTY for 3 boring decisions that in truth was close! I'm not seeing these 9-3 scores personally.
7-5 type fights with a lot of swing rounds, two in reality against opposition that is largely unproven.

I just don't see why he should of won for 2 rather unimpressive fights both against fighters 95% of hardcore fans probably never even seen fight. They was close fights. I didn't see these 9-3 type wins.

He deserves credit for IMO edging Danny Garcia but even if he got it is that really enough for FOTY?
Plenty beat 1 top opponent and 2-3 fillers and did it far more impressively and more convincingly

Honestly Benavidez beat him. He clearly threw the harder more effective punches, landed at a much higher percentage, and landed 50 more head punches and controlled the action. He went to the ropes for about a minute of the round and put up his guard where herrera would hit him with the weakest body shots I've ever witnessed, then the other two minutes of the round he gave Herrera a boxing clinic, I don't see how it was a robbery in the slightest.
