Who is the date proven against? Mexicans and other hispanics. Date is moot, but you bumsniffs will support the roadblock.

Fight breaks all records regardless of when it's made. Cotto and Canelo on May will lower the numbers a bit so common sense dictates another date will be a better idea.
Cinco de Mayo is the date Mayweather fights on regardless of who it is. He also secures the MGM on this date. This is common knowledge.

It is also common knowledge that Cinco de Mayo weekend is the best weekend to sell PPVs. You think Bob just put Pac on that date a few times vs guys who are not Mexican for ****s and giggles?

It is not too far fetched to think that the biggest fight deserves the date that has proven to be the best date for selling PPVs. The very same date that has been on the table for years between these two.

Mayweather sold 1.5 million PPVs against Victoria Ortiz in September
        920,000 vs Hatton in December
Broke the record for PPV revenue against Canelo in September.

But a fight that has been in the making for half a decade and has been consistently touted to break all records needs to be on a special Mexican holiday?

Please tell us more about the magical properties of May.

The bumsniffs are ready to justify another meaningless roadblock!

Nothing "magical" about Mayweather vs De la Hoya, Cotto, and Mosley fighting on Cinco de Mayo. Other than the fact that they are some of Mayweather's top PPV fights that broke records. It's not magic, it is dollars and cents.

lots of reporters asked real questions to Bob, and they are still able to ask Bob whatever they ask... Is there any reporters that ask real question on Floyd? ow, there was, guess what, they are all banned from asking questions or not even get close to Floyd... "peeleft:

Everyone's been waiting almost 6 years for Mayweather-Pacquiao. You idiots should be against anything that could cause a problem with making it not defending Arum's bull****.

Well it's surely obvious to anyone with half a brain cell that Bob is clearly not doing everything he can to make the fight if he's trying to make another fight on the same date Floyd fights on and has been fighting on for years.

Arum is doing more than Floyd according to Dan the Man (ESPN)

Where do negotiations for Floyd/Pac stand right now or have there been no negotiations from Floyd's side?

                  Dan Rafael,
As far as I know it's been one-way traffic on Manny's side trying to make it. As I understand it, Les Moonves is in contact with the Mayweather camp and not getting anywhere.

According to Dan, it's a date where Floyd is willing to lose because he doesn't even want to negotiate ..... nothing new.
