Even Showtime confirmed the rumors about the talks and with this interview you will hear that and Floyd ready to make things even more difficult than 2012. Just listen at the roadblocks that is coming out of Floyd's mouth. Not Dan not Arum but from Floyd himself.

So does Skip Bayless who has a man crush on Bob Arum. So does Stephen A. Smith who claims he will blame Mayweather if the fight doesn't happen no matter what the circumstances are. And only a Pacquiao fan would claim that anything in that interview confirms that Bob Arum talking to Showtime is legitimate negotiations. And its quite convenient for a Pacquiao fan to see this interview as a roadblock and not an invitation. You are just making excuses for Bob Arum and Pacquiao's unwillingness to make the fight happen at this point.

He isn't mayweather's advisor, he's even better than that he's his BOSS. He writes mayweathers checks so saying that bob arum doesn't want the fight because hes dealing with mayweather's boss is absurd. If there is one person on planet earth that can get mayweather to agree to a fight, its this guy. So if Bob Arum was dealing with ANYONE else you would have a point, but this is THE GUY. I wish Moonves would flex his muscles a little bit, I mean Haymon desperately needs those showtime dates. Why doesn't moonves say fine if you don't want to fight manny i wont give any haymon fighter another date UNTIL he does. That would really put Floyd in a tough position.

I would say assuming that Dan is only getting his information from Arum at this point holds no weight. I mean its a possible scenario, just as possible as the other scenarios where he has another source not connected to TR confirming said information. I will agree that Arum is definitely one source, but to conclude he is the ONLY source is a conclusion based on your own agenda.
