Why do people talk about Kell Brook like he's an established force?

It is much harder to hold onto a belt than to win it.

Brook fought a very measured and smart fight to beat Porter in the US.

IMO his challenge is increasing that level AND doing it consistently.

He appears to be easily distracted and prone to some trouble outside the ring, and this could be his undoing.

With focus and application he could be a real force at 147, he carries the weight well and has some pop.

His defensive skills are good and his chin appears to stand up.

I'd like to see him fight Khan - it would be a defining fight for UK boxing.
