Actually, it doesn't matter if you are bigger than those 3. It depends on other factors as well. Just go look at Manny Pacquiao. Manny didn't get a fight for 5 years now because Floyd found him to be too risky.
The good news for Khan is that he has a suspect chin and is not known to have KO type power. So the only thing left that may make Floyd say no is dependent on Floyd losing his precious "0". If Floyd thinks it's at risk, then the chance for that fight isn't going to be a good one no matter how big you are.
I personally didn't like Khan's bad move last year. Khan should be fighting as many times as possible against better and better competition to prove how good he is. Instead he took the advice of not risking and so lost a year of boxing.
