  • Old news. They already said this.

This was Bob trying to keep Floyd from calling ALL the shots, taking as many advantages as possible, and basically controlling the whole thing. Yes, they should have just agreed to it at the time, and called Floyd's bluff.. but we all know he threw up more roadblocks once all the testing was agreed upon.

Plus, now the fight is worth even more $$$.

Now, in 2014 they're civil rights activists demonstrating over the cultural significance of Cinco De Mayo (which isn't even a national holiday in Mexico). Personally, I'm waiting on the day Arum says the fight should be on the moon and we are all suddenly blessed enough to have several astronauts posting on boxingscene.

Typical Pacfan response when something negative about Pacquiao comes out. Blame Arum.

A lot of Floyd fans aren't any better. Each fanbase has their sets of ignoramuses.

Well, he WAS the one making the decisions behind the scenes.. that much should be obvious by now, and if you listened to his interviews back then he stated SEVERAL times that he was NOT going to allow Floyd to control EVERYTHING. He wasn't going to let Floyd take advantage of PAC, and I certainly don't blame him for that.

When all is said and done, the fact remains:

Floyd's demands were eventually agreed to,
and Floyd just made more demands afterwards.
            It's that simple.

Who is the one being unreasonable here?

If Arum makes the decisions Pacquiao can't agree to ****. You see how it works? You can't have it both ways.

We obviously don't know EXACTLY how ALL the decision making works in team PAC, but we do know Arum handles most of the business-side. I am not going to pretend like I know all the details, and neither should you. All speculation.

All I said is that this is old news, we already knew this, and it was understandable and expected at the beginning because of Floyd's diva-like demanding ways. Everyone knew it was coming, maybe Bob thought they could compromise and meet in the middle somewhere? and underestimated Floyd's greed/fear/etc.? who knows.

                My point still stands.
                The facts remain.

What demands did PAC agree to? First he turns down a 50/50 split with drug testing up to 14 days. And now you expect PAC to agree to stricter drug testing for a lesser split? You PAC fans are beyond naive.

Have you not been following the recent news?
PAC agreed to EVERYTHING regarding the testing,
even ON THE DAY of the fight.. also agreed to a lesser split.

meh.. you're a waste of time. I'm done.
