No, you're supposed to intentionally quote his words out of context so you can twist it into meaning what you want it to mean in Pacquiao's defense. It's not about Floyd. Oh, sorry for not explaining it better.
- Manny because of PEDs but still brings it up years after Manny agreed to testing.

- Canelo because of size so demands CW of 152 even though Floyd has fought at 154 3 times and BOTH Canelo and Floyd had a title at 154.

- Maidana because of the gloves.

- Sergio Martinez because he was too risky and so no fight.

- Williams because his work rate is too high and can get punched in the face too often. So no fight.

- Margarito because he knew that there was something su****ious about him.

Manny Pacquiao agreed to do an interview on ESPN and claim that he had agreed to testing after he had walked away from the actual negotiations. How can he claim to have agreed to anything after he ended negotiations because he didn't agree? How can he even negotiate when he has an open law suit against the person that he claims to have agreed with? He just claims to have agreed to all of Mayweathers demands and that he doesn't know why the fight hasn't happened yet to the media while actually not making any effort at all to make the fight happen.

Canelo got out boxed and it had nothing to do with weight. He came in the ring that night with a significant weight advantage also. So you can't pick and choose which things about the weight you want to harp on without acknowledging the entire picture.

Maidana is a blatantly dirty fighter that got caught trying to cheat but because it's Mayweather we have people like you making excuses for him

I would have loved to see Mayweather fight Paul Williams. But this is a total hindsight fight that the boxing community never talked about until well after Williams was no longer a welterweight. So miss me with the revisionist's history.

He didn't fight Margarito because he left Top Rank to fight a better opponent who was the undisputed world welterweight champion instead in Carlos Baldomir which lead to De la Hoya and the story goes on which lead to him becoming the highest paid athelete in the world
