The evidence since then is that Mayweather has consistently changed his demands every time each request is acquiesced to. The guy gives 101 excuses why not to fight but never a reason to make it. Now he wants up to 90% of the PPV (Pac less than $40mil on a $300mil PPV) just to indicate how unreasonable the guy is.

He wants none of Pacquiao. He never has. We all know why. Pacquiao opponents leave the ring bust up and embarrassed. Even the two guys to get the victories left the ring in a wheelchair and with a re-arranged face.
Break out the tin foil hats. We have a conspiracy theorist in our midst. You forget the part where they had already agreed on everything and Pacquiao decided that he was not going to agree to the drug testing even though it had been a part of the negotiations from the beginning. And it's five guys that have defeated Pacquiao, not two. As a Pacquiao fan you should know that. Lol

This something that purposely gets brushed under the bed. OST was not a last minute thing. The only last minute thing after all was agree upon was a 10mil penalty and Pac's needle phobia. Team Pac waited to the last minute after all was agree upon, to change their stance on testing, therefor resulting in walking away from the fight. This is fact.

Roach admitted this at the beginning of 2014 when Manny was gearing up for Bradley 2, this is no NEW news, real fans who follow already knew this nonsense well before Roach even admitted to it.

Everyone knew Manny blamed his Morales loss on the blood testing, but somehow that was an issue until the Rios fight? Now its not an issue, and if I remember correctlt Kevin Iole wrote a whole piece on the 5050 contract that was sent to Top Rank by Schaeffer, GBP, Floyd, etc etc.

You all can call Floyd a ducker for eternity, but the real truth is, Manny and Bob ducked the richest fight in boxing history, multiple times, and they could have had all that dough in 2010......sad, I guess Id rather be ridiculed for not fighting one fighter vs turning down a 5050 split for a fight that would break all PPV records, and stay that way over blood testing.

I bet a lot boxing fans don't know this either:

            November 27, 2012

With an increase in the number of fighters asking for Olympic-style drug testing for their bouts, there has been an increase in the number of positive drug tests relating to banned substances. Since May, former champions Andre Berto and Lamont Peterson, who both requested Olympic-style testing, came up positive for PEDs in tests conducted by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA).

Pacquiao's trainer said he wanted both camps to do a pre-fight drug screening to theoretically eliminate any su****ion.

"It would have been great for Manny's image because Mayweather had said he was on steroids,'' said Roach. "I said (to Pacquiao), 'You're clean, right? He said, 'Of course.' I said, 'Take the test.' He said OK. (Adviser) Mike Koncz agreed with it.''

Said Marquez: As far as people thinking I am taking steroids? I would take the test. Let them take my blood. I don't care – just to shut everybody up. Of course my fight tests have always been clean. I don't know how those rumors get started."

Roach said the idea of pre-fight testing was nixed by Top Rank, Pacquiao's promoter. But Bob Arum said he never was told of any suggestion for pre-fight testing between the two camps.

"It's the first I'm hearing of it,'' said the Top Rank chairman.

"Unless it's put in the (direction) of the commission, there are no consequences,'' Arum said. "People who talk about this really are naïve. It has to be completely thought out. If someone had to***8203; come to me with this, I would have gone to the commission (and asked). Then it's controlled and run by the commission. That's the way to do it.''

Don't say that, this is all the proof they need that it's all Pac's fault.

MAYWEATHER DID SIGN THE 5050 CONTRACT IN 2009. ALSO pls explain how a 40 million dollar offer for 2012 is lower than a 40 million dollar offer with 35 percent of the ppv rev, can u explain how thats a low offer, remember its expected to sell close to 3 mil in ppvs, at 70 bucks a pop, u do the math, oh and thats with Manny being handed two losses and two ppvs that couldnt crack 500k, well, one couldnt crack even 300k

And 2 guys only beat Manny??????

Say it with me then, "It is Team Pacquiao's fault the fight didn't happen when the fans wanted it most."
