Manny should have fought Zahir Raheem the guy who beat Morales not Morales unless he fought both to seal the deal he was the best but he didn't. Mayweather has fought all champions or fighters coming off of their biggest wins. Manny has fought mostly losers at catch weights and guys that don't even belong in the same ring with him (Algieri) or their names even attached to his about a fight (Vargas) this is all Bob Arum's match making in house Top Rank fights period. Floyd's record far surpasses Manny Pacquiao's.

All Pacquiao did was fight guys after Mayweather at WW with the exception of Cotto/Clottey/Bradley. Manny has yet to become the Lineal WW Champion. Pacquiao was created by Bob Arum to be Mayweather's equal by media manipulation and using Floyd's name as a stepping stone because if Roach or Arum really felt as if Pacquiao could defeat Mayweather then why would they not go for the fight and seal Pacquiao's legacy with a win over Mayweather?

It's all a joke and Pacquiao's fans bought into it because they want Manny to be greater but they know he isn't and that's why every excuse Manny/Arum used to get out of the fight happening they cosigned. Most recently the Mexican statement.

Saying his legacy would be ruined is too strong of a statement. However, I do think if the fight never happens than people will bring up not fighting Pac every time Floyd's name is mentioned until the end of time.

Lmao rotfl Manny didn't take the 40 million because it was a bogus offer then and still would be now, he was the p4p king and neck in neck with mauweather in ppv buys. Now he is number 2 p4p and only slightly behind in ppv's which warrants a 55/45 split, 60/40 if he just wants to get screwed but he said he would take it to get the fight made.

Secondly, hes been doing vada testin his last 3 fights which is way more strict than usda which mayweather uses, and Manny looks as ripped as ever and just as explosive. Vada does hair testing too which goes back to training camp.

Thirdly, if mayweather wont fight him hes talking about going down in weight, why is that su****ious? He already fights way above where he should be. He is a natural 140 pounder and that's where the big fights are. The big fights left for him at 147 are all managed by haymon who wont let his fighters within arms reach of a top rank fighter and especially mammy pacquiao. How is it su****ious when he's taking the most strict drug testing in the world and hes still the same weight and more ripped and stronger than ever.
go look up his YouTube videos of his weigh ins going all the way back to de la Hoya, there is no difference in any one of them! He is as ripped now that's hes been doing the testing as in any fight. He also doesn't have the tell tale signs of steroid abuse. Acne, temper tantrums. Enlarged internal organs which would make his midsection look huge. His head doesn't look any bigger hes got a mop of hair now and a full beard and hes not weight srained so his face is normal.instead of all shrunk in. Another point, normally, humans naturally get bigger as we get older right? So does no one find it odd that Pac is talking about going down in weight as opposed to going up? Has anyone taken the time to look at Pac's body structure presently (including the head) as opposed to say 3-5 years ago? Don't believe me....do your own research.
