Eric Morales beat Manny in his prime, yet when Manny schooled him just ten months later he suddenly is not in his prime anymore? Wow didn't know ten months could turn you from living legend in his prime to over the hill bum

That's what happens when you fight numerous times great fighters YOUR OWN SIZE.

Floyd fought Marquez, but at WW the size difference was a joke.

When I look at Floyd's record the biggest threat he faced might be Cotto or Oscar at 154.

Sorry but when people will look at all the great fighters and freaks from his era:
Winky Wright, Pacquiao, Williams, Forrest, Tszyu, prime Casamayor, Vivian Harris, Prime Margo and I can had prime Mosley and prime Cotto.

Floyd fought fought almost none, expect a couple over the hill.

People can say whatever they want, but OSCAR FOUGHT EVERYBODY.
He fought all the dangerous fighters around his divisions.

Floyd handpicked opponents almost all his career.

His 0 is not greater than Maricano's one.
This whole post is a bunch of nonsense. Many of the guys you listed as Floyd not fighting were competing at higher weight classes while Floyd was still competing at super featherweight/ lightweight. By the time Floyd did move up in weight guys like Wright, Forrest, and Tszyu were already over the hill. Ricky Hatton KOd Kostya Tzyu and not many people regard that as a great win because Tszyu was way past it. And the guys that Floyd did fight who were still champions you guys want to discredit because they were older.

You can't have it both ways. On one hand you discredit him for not fighting guys who were over the hill then discredit him for fighting other guys who were supposedly "over the hill." He's basically in a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.

I'm more on the neutral side when it comes to Floyd/Pac but Roach is kind of right. Manny's legacy has been secured after his KO of Hatton. Floyd will always have that asterisk because he never fought Manny. Floyd needs Manny more for legacy purposed. But he seems to be overpricing himself for the match up. That fight will never happen. In may you will see Floyd vs Khan.

Mayweather said it himself they were both 105 lbs when they were each 16, the difference was Manny was still eating a bowl of rice a day at that time, and wasn't even fully grown height, Floyd grew into welterweight alot faster than mammy did, that looks more su****ious to me

Now Floyd is still schooling champions and Pacquiao is still getting KOd against 40 year old lightweights.

Pacquiao is a C leveled overrated overhyped juiced punching bag who can't even do boxing properly.

Clown got exposed long ago against some unknown asian punching bags, significant underdog Bradley and 40 year old slow flatfooted lightweight underdog Marquez... THRICE

Floyd doesn't have to fight that clown to build up his legacy since he's already being Greatest Of All Time.
RIP Diego who was a great warrior.

But he never was a great fighter or P4P material.

I really liked this guy but he was in the Arturo Gatti League.
                Not the Morales one.

                Regards,

It's a fight of the century. I've been watching boxing for looong time, let me tell you kid, i've seen the aura of Hagler/Leonard hype, and this is much bigger kiddo. You have the chance to put Pacquiao on your resume and you chickened out? That's pure comedy hall of shame.
Deontay Wilders 0 is a joke he aint fought nobody....not guys like Mayyweather and Ricardo Lopez who beat many world class guys

Floyd has 47 fights and 22 title fight wins, defeated 19 major title holders, and 9 current or former lineal champions, lineal champion at 4 weights....missing out on fighting one guy is not gonna erase almost 20 years of boxing and accomplishments

Do you hold it against SRL or is his record a joke because he didn't fight Mike McCallum or Aaron Pryor?....both fights could have been made and if you been watching boxing as long as you say then you will know this

Jack Demspey didn't fight Harry Wills or any top black contenders as champ is his resume tarnished?

Pacquaio fought David Diaz at 135 instead of Juan Diaz, Casamayor and nate Campbell who were the top guys....do you hold that against Pacquaio?

whats comedy is people acting like they know or were there to know why the fight hasn't been made like they were behind the scenes....I want to see they fight too so to be fair it goes both ways if you hold it against one fighter then you have to hold it against both.

Both Manny and Money will go down as legends with or without each other

so not fighting one guy will ruin Floyd's legacy but getting kayoed by a 40 year old, 2 no names, and getting outboxed by a past prime erik morales doesn't affect pac's?

Both fighters will be considered great after their careers are over whether they fight or not so if you feel differently then you are an absolute troll or DKSAB

                    5 Questions

So is Sugar Ray Robinson's legacy ruined because he never faced the top black fighters of his era?.....Cocoa Kid, Bert Lytell, Charley Burley who was top ten at ww and mw for a decade and never once got a title shot, Holman Williams fought Jake Lamotta but SRR who beat Lamotta didn't fight him....Lloyd Marshall as well.....all these guys campaigned at 147 and 160 during the 40's....SRR fought many non title fights over 147

                    2) Jack Dempsey used the color line not to fight the top ranked fighters of his time like Harry Wills, George Godfrey, Joe Jeanette, McVey and Sam Langforde....is his legacy tarnished?

3)The fab four never gave Mike Mike McCallum a fight....even though all of them besides Hagler fought well into or past the 90's while the Body snatcher was a champ at 154 and 150 in the mid 90's to early 90's.....are their legacies tarnished

4)Ray Leonard never fought Aaron Pryor who had been calling him out since they were amatuers ....does this take away from his legacy?

                    5) Jimmy McClarnin beat 14 world champions in his career but most of them were at catchweights where he was the bigger guy or in non title fights....Like Pacquaio he started out as flyweight but settled at welterweight and won a title...along the way he beat guys like Tony Canzoneri,Pancho Villa, and Sammy Mandel who are hall of famers and former champs but they were catch weights....does that afftect his legacy?
Sugar Ray Leonard did not duck Aaron Pryor. Pryor - 140, Leonard - 147; Pryor was to scared to move up to 147 lbs.
