I really liked this guy but he was in the Arturo Gatti League.
    Not the Morales one.

    Regards,
Corrales was a above Gatti's level.....he had just as much hard but more skills and beat very good fighters

Morales is an all time great, I wouldn't say Corrales is but for his era between 130-135 he was one of the best.

Gatti lost to every Elite fighter he fought

Corrales actually won the ring lightweight title, the IBF title at 130, and came back from prison and won the WBO at 130

Gatti never beat guys as good as Casamayor, Castillo, or acelino Freitas

Ricky Hatton KOd Kostya Tzyu and not many people regard that as a great win because Tszyu was way past it. And the guys that Floyd did fight who were still champions you guys want to discredit because they were older.

You can't have it both ways. On one hand you discredit him for not fighting guys who were over the hill then discredit him for fighting other guys who were supposedly "over the hill." He's basically in a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.
That's the main difference between them, mammy moves up or down to challenge the biggest baddest fighters. He always made the biggest fights regardless of weight class, Floyd would wait until the vest of the next retired or moved up themselves and then moved up lol leta not forget Floyd retired so he didn't have to face cotto,Manny took care of that though, also he avoided margarito who pacquiao made look like punching bag even though Manny was 20 lbs lighter on fight not. Lets not forget Manny has been fighting fighters 10-20 lbs heavier than him fight night every single fight since de la Hoya which is that much more impressive

Floyd has 47 fights and 22 title fight wins, defeated 19 major title holders, and 9 current or former lineal champions, lineal champion at 4 weights....missing out on fighting one guy is not gonna erase almost 20 years of boxing and accomplishments

Do you hold it against SRL or is his record a joke because he didn't fight Mike McCallum or Aaron Pryor?....both fights could have been made and if been watching boxing as long as you say then you will know this

Jack Demspey didn't fight Harry Wills or any top black contenders as champ is his resume tarnished?

Pacquaio fought David Diaz at 135 instead of Juan Diaz, Casamayor and nate Campbell who were the top guys....do you hold that against Pacquaio?

whats comedy is people acting like they know or were there to know why the fight hasn't been made like they were behind the scenes....I want to see they fight too so to be fair it goes both ways if you hold it against one fighter then you have to hold it against both.

Both Manny and Money will go down as legends with or without each other
You are shooting blanks kid . McCallum and Aaron Pryor are not in the level of Pacquiao. Sorry. This is not "another" fight This is a fight of the century! and if Floyd chicken out his 0 is a joke! i'm done with you kid, you lack boxing knowledge and rationale

You have the chance to put Pacquiao on your resume and you chickened out? That's pure comedy hall of shame.
Of course you would!! I would't expect anything less... and Btw im 30, no kid here Son!

Pacquaio also had a chance to put floyds name on his resume, at a time it was at its absolute "Peak" and pac "Chickened" out from blood testing, saying he was afraid of needles, but he has tattoos and ear piercings??? Thats pretty comical if you ask me!

              A-side ???LMAO !!!!!

What makes Jr the A-SIDE ??

Could it be his opposition ????

Could it be he has a O due to the lack in his OPPOSITION ?

Tell the World how Jr is the A-Side, Name the TOP WW PRIME ELITES he has fought in the past ten years that makes him the so called A side.

Pac has fought all comers, has NEVER been proven of any steriod abuse. He is THE RISK TAKER , TRT, Jr is the Duck master, TDM !!!!!

Pac Destroyed all that Jr ran from.

for 5 years all Jr has done is Excoriate Pac , accuse him of drugs , eating dogs, etc......... made unreasonable demands and silly offers of 40 mil with NO PPV hahahahahahahaa, Roach says Jr isn't scared except that he will lose his O if he fights Pac, I say he is SCARED, and he is a self claimed COWARD, on video, Oh oh a rich Coward mang , sorry, wouldn't want to leave that out.

Not if you know modern boxing history.

First, Floyd could have fought Mosley and Cotto at least five years before.

Not sure about Wright who I think moved up to 160 around 2006 but for sure Forrest and Mosley were still competitive as SWW when Floyd was competing as a WW.

I don't believe it would ruin his legacy but it very well make it a less relavent when it comes to his ability to say he fought the best... but unfortunately if he doesn't fight Pacquiao; it will always dwindle in his ranking of The All Time Greats.

I am a fan of Mayweather but if he doesn't fight Pacquiao; how can you logically say he is the best of an era. It goes for Pacquiao as well, if he wants the fight or not because he didn't fight the best as well.

I truly hope the fight occurs. I believe Mayweather would win but if the fight doesn't occur it would be unfortunate for all of boxing.

Now Floyd is still schooling champions and Pacquiao is still getting KOd against 40 year old lightweights.

Pacquiao is a C leveled overrated overhyped juiced punching bag who can't even do boxing properly.

Clown got exposed long ago against some unknown asian punching bags, significant underdog Bradley and 40 year old slow flatfooted lightweight underdog Marquez... THRICE

Floyd doesn't have to fight that clown to build up his legacy since he's already being Greatest Of All Time.

When floyd was fighting gatti at 140 in 2005, winky was fighting trinidad at 160, where he decided to stay for the remainder of his career(except for the hopkins fight)... so they were seperated by 3 weight classes and wasn't a realistic fight Ever!!
