    I didn't like the stoppage. I thought out of respect for the man, he should've been allowed to finish the fight. But I don't have a problem with it though. I just wouldn't have done it.

    I thought the fight was a bit boring to be honest.

            It's out of respect it got stopped. He was taking bad punches and had zero chance of winning. Why keep taking punishment?

            I don't get it. If anything it should have been stopped a minute earlier.

                            I can see your point, and I have no problem with the stoppage. But had I been the ref, I would have let him finish with honor. It was only 50 seconds to go.

                                The stoppage was OK.

                                There's been many times where a fighter doesn't seem too hurt when they're stopped, only to go on to become very damaged, or killed.

                                I'm not saying that was ever going to happen, but if a guy is taking punches, not throwing back and has no chance of winning, why take the risk?

                                    Because no damage can be done in 50 seconds

                                    These refs have a responsibility, they aren't there to give pride or honor to a battered boxer.
