What belt is he challenging for?

If he is so good why has he not made a move by now?

Hes old enough that he should be trying to fight the very very best, none of this water paddling nonsense.

He should go for Kells belt, as should Thurman. How hard can it be to become a mandatory for that?

He has potential give him time bring him along slowly upgrading the competition. Freddie seemed high on him that's a good recommendation for me

        'Has potential'.

Muthafuggers 25. He does look good, but against a certain type of opponent. I think a slick boxer should be able to beat him easily.

No great boxer in the history of the sport has sat on his ass bidding time, delaying the start of his career. Aint never happened.

When Freddie Roach and Floyd Mayweather agree that Errol Spence has potential that says something lol. Imo Errol has passed the eye test and only needs to prove himself with a step up in class of opponent. I think Errol will shine when it's his time to. He has good punch variation and isn't your typical southpaw 1-2 fighter. He can fight outside as well as inside. He's patient and not reckless already although he does have decent pop.

Very talented obviously. He COULD be a huge star. Hopefully he doesn't turn into a Haymon diva. So far so good but next year at least towards the end I'd like to see him in with a top 20 WW. Perhaps a good breakout party for him would to beat up Victor Ortiz if he wins a few more fights. Soto Karass or that guy Guerrero had a sick fight with last summer would be good tests too.

He was an Olympian who just missed out on a medal. I expect him to go far in the sport.

not impressed, seems very broner like, strong tight kid with no cross and doesn't seem to have that good a defence and i doubt has an iron chin(one or the other is essential if your a southpaw)

i dont think he makes it far, but the talent has been pretty scarce, so you never know

felix verdejo is the only prospect that really has my attention

p.s i do think spence will be champion

The kid looks very good, and to the poster who was talking about defense, I suggest you look again, NOTHING comes back lazy, NOTHING is left out on a clothesline. He throws his shot(s) and immediately transitions back to a defensive posture.

I agree with most of yall that he needs a live body who will give him a taste of battling through adversity, but I do think they are moving him along nicely. And he's getting work/sparring with the right people. That's only gonna help his game excel.
