How do you see Errol Spence progressing in the future?

I have high hopes for this kid, looks the real deal, gave Broner and Mayweather serious work in sparring.

Do you think he needs to maybe start stepping it up a little? I mean he's 25 you don't wanna rush him but then again he might be stagnating if he's fighting these lower tier guys for too long.

Good article for all the Spence fans on here, he says he'll be ready for the top guys soon http://www.fighthype.com/news/article18887.html

Personally I think he's the future but I also think a tournament with Spence, Thurman, Porter and Danny Garcia would be mouth watering especially as these guys will likely carry the sport once Floyd, Ward and Rigo retire.

He looks good so far but hes fought nobody yet. Based off the eye test though Id consider him much better and a complete fighter than Thurman, Danny Garcia, Porter, or even Kell Brook. But again hes only bums so far so its to early to tell.

I agree he needs to step up in his next 1-2 fights and fight somebody like Soto Karass at the very least. We dont want another Gary Russell situation.

Spence passes the eye test. I can't wait to see him progress vs better competition. I think a Mega fight is in the making at Junior Middleweight. Errol Spence vs Julian "JRock" Williams

I don't see anything special, he looks a good fighter, but not someone who warrants the hype he is getting. You take a young Mayweather, or a young Judah even and they looked way better prospects. Even Cotto in his early fights, these guys looked very special, Errol Spence doesn't, he doesn't have elite speed for starters, which is a big deal. American boxing is on a downer and I think that is the only reason Spence is getting the attention that he is.

He should do great if the guide him properly by continuing to step up level of competition slowly but surely..

He needs to stay active in 2015 and fight 5 or 6 times vs veteran guys like a randall Bailey type, and then step up to josito Lopez and soto karass, maybe zab Judah, then target the top guys,,

If they use the wilder or Russell jr approach to match making, then I don't think Errol will reach his full potential

Kid is good. Why not put him in there with porter. He's 25 so he should step up aganist a live body. I mean CANELO is 22 and has fought lara, trout,Angulo and lil floyd. Wait a sec..........maybe that means that quite possibly have we all been to hard on Nelo.

He has a lot of talent. Was really impressed with him on the Khan-Alexander undercard.

He should step up and fight some tough journeyman next like Josesito Lopez, Soto Karass or Marcos Maidana.
