That's an excuse, he beats Marquez at any weight, and at any point in his career. The weight made no difference whatsoever, whatever weight advantage Floyd had he didn't use it.

Did I use the word afraid? You deny Arum played a role in certain things that didn't happen?

I said they were never going to get the fight as there were circumstances that wouldn't have changed. Floyd's next fight was going to be Oscar, or nothing if Oscar money is not getting Floyd in the ring what exactly is getting him in with those guys who lost (Williams and Cotto), (Margarito a guy that didn't get big until summer 08 and then got blitzed in his next fight), Mosley who messed around passing that to his boss probably figuring he could get it later if Floyd won anyway making him more money, and Manny who was not even an option until 09 basically.

Floyd came back when Manny got hot and that was the closest they got to making the fight~
