Lol....wrong. Many had plenty of low risk fights. They both have their share of great fights. It's sad that BS has to be on one side of the 2 instead of respecting both careers.

Yea same here. A lot of what my casual boxing friends remember and say about pacquiao is the KO.

That being said, the only way to distract their minds is for Pacquiao to fight Mayweather and defeat him. No easy task, but its sure to be a more remembered answer to casual bandwagon fans when they think about Pacquiao.

That fight won Round of the year, Fight of the year, KO of the year
My post was based on what was posted. PED accusations and how they'll be used by floyd to taint pac's legacy. those go hand in hand with the KO "Manny wasn't on them steroids anymore. that's why he got knocked out"....Floyd doesn't have to use them. People already see how he was on them and they contribute it to why he got knocked out

For you, those who listed Floyd ahead of Manny in a poll are right but Oscar is wrong? I bet most of those who listed Floyd ahead of Manny also were the ones picking Oscar to beat Manny ..... and they were wrong!

Facts.... Never lost in his prime, best of his era, beat more top ten contenders and champs than his contemporaries, no amount of disrespect can change the truth
Facts: Did Floyd fight these fighters in his prime? Manny, Martinez, Williams, ...... NO! Floyd preferred to fight a tier or two below.

Future? You never know what's in store for Floyd.

Pacquiao definitely has a lot more respect at this point, mainly because he's a nice guy and he treats others with respect.

Respect is earned, and he definitely earned it with his career. If anyone thinks the knockout loss or PED accusations have tainted his image, thats just wishful thinking on your part, IMHO.

The losses endear him to the fans and add to his warrior image and the fact the American media, which is basically obsessed with the crusade against PED use offer little to no criticism of Pacquiao regarding PEDs shows that they give Manny the benefit of the doubt unlike baseball players and football players.

It shows that being a good guy reaps a lot benefits in life. You get respect, admiration and the benefit of the doubt. Nice guys do not always finish last.

A life lesson for bitter and butthurt Mayweather fans IMHO.

Oscar is right Pacquiao gets more respect, the only ones who dont respect him are the Floyd skinny jean wearing world star hip hop and race driven flowmos.

This old school fighter respects Pac and breaks down why Pac is the real throwback.

When their careers are all said and done it will be Mayweather with no doubt that will go down greater. After all of the hype and fan media and people go back to their careers. There is no doubt Mayweather's career will be respected more than Pacquiao's. As far as a personal perspective then it goes to Pacquiao because he isn't as brash and smiles all the time. But Pacquiao ducked the biggest fight of his career when they were primed over random blood testing too close to the fight. What true champion ducks random blood tests because they are too close to a fight? All of this stuff will come to light and called for what it is. Do I consider Manny a good fighter? Yes but great no.

Wonder if Oscar realizes that a simple Google search will expose how full of **** he is. Because ever since Floyd-Manny has been discussed, he's done everything just short of calling it a laughable mismatch in Floyd's favor. He's turning into a mini Arum.
