Fury is a dumb ****. Haye isnt going to put his personal money in escrow. Fury isnt going to get millions from Haye personally if he gets injured. You dont fight, you dont get paid. They have insurance to cover the admin and promotional expenses if the fight gets cancelled due to injuries. If Fury's team didnt pay for insurance then that is their fault.
Fury says he wants the fight but then demands conditions he knows will never happen. The same as pricing yourself out, its a duck.

If Fury talks up wilder, some places will publish it. But if he throws around Haye's name, more media outlets will publish it and he will get his name thrown around for free. Then when he sets up his next fight against a cab driver he can hope to have bigger sales from having his name out there more.
Plus I mean with wilder theres also a good chance of him getting knocked out, but when you call out an injured retired guy, chances of getting knocked out are way less.

Haye, btw, has moved to the USA and signed with Al Haymon, so the chances of him getting in a ring with Fury, even without the escrow money, are something less than zero.
