Arreola came in real close, backed Stiverne into the ropes and got caught by counters during the exchange.

My question is what if Wilder keeps his distance and Stiverne can't land the counters?

That's what Wilder will be hoping for.
But does he have the footwork and judgement to be able to maintain distance and use his height and reach effectively?

Absolute rubbish. If Chisora beat Scott, Arreola would certainly beat Scott. He has a similar pressure style to Chisora but with arguably quicker hands and undoubtedly more power.
