Manny ducked the testing back from Late 2009-Late 2011/Early 2012, that's obvious. It doesn't seem to be an issue anymore though, which is good.

The closest the fight ever came to happening was Early 2010, and Manny turned the fight down at 50-50 when both were pretty much 50-50 in drawing power, and a 14 day cutoff or whatever it was. And fought Clottey.

Just because Manny passed VADA testing in 2014 doesn't mean **** when it comes to what he was doing in the past. Manny ducking the testing and then all the BS with egos came into it, and it was built up into this massive thing, and it never has happened. If Manny had just accepted testing initially, this fight 100% would have happened in May 2010.
