Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Pac agree to the tests the first time? I thought they couldn't agree on when the cut off would be? Floyd wanted a 7 day cut off and Pac wanted like a 20?

Floyd wanted no cut off and I believe Pacquiao's side wanted a 14-day cutoff. Pacquiao has always agreed to the tests but not to the cutoff. Today, he doesn't care if there is a cutoff or not. His past three fights have had random drug testing. The rumors are that the negotiations are only down to revenue split.

I don't think he is/was cheating either. He's weighed the same since his lightweight fight with Diaz (he came in at `148 IIRC). He's sustained that weight for awhile now, so that's why his speed has only diminished slightly.

But the whole "power" thing is ridiculous. He was knocking guys out with speed and timing of puches, not power (except Hatton, Hatton ran into that punch lol). Every post fight interview the fighters simply states that Pac was way too fast but his punches don't hurt THAT much.

Yup. Maybe I'm wrong -- but I don't recall a single Manny opponent who said he had otherworldly power. Pretty much every single dude said it was speed & angles. And the Hatton one punch KO was impeccably timed.

Right, exactly. Maybe we're just being too objective here though lol. People who think he was on something make Pac seem like he was something he was not. And of course he looks a bit bigger at 147, he's not longer cutting weight! This is basic stuff here.

With this said, if there is proof that he was on something I will eat my words, but until then I don't believe it (and I'm not being naive, I'm not a fan boy and I have legit reasons for believing he wasn't on a PED)

PEDs enhance performance its not just power , speed endurance and strength , people need to get the weight lifter mentality out of their mind when it comes to PEDS in sport , bike riders , sprinters , middle distance runners , swimmers , footballers , gymnasts , wrestlers , MMA , and boxing all can enhance what they have by taking PEDS .

Mannys PEDS = power is only scraping the surface and is only one element of enhancement .
