Just listening to this video again and to be honest this is pure honesty coming from Paulie, I personally do NOT believe Pac was cheating but if he was then he definitely doesn't deserve to be rewarded with a big money fight like that. Another thing he pointed out was all the excuses that came out during this negotiation, and the fact that excuses about NOT wanting the other guy to have the upper hand in negotiation has nothing to do with Random testing, Paulie laid it out perfectly and to add that the boxing circle were already saying Pac was on some type of drug, it made the excuses regarding not fighting the fight because of additional testing look really bad for Pac ( To normal people -Pac fans not included).
