You haven't been comprehending any of what I said. Joseph made it clear, it's grandstanding, to add......with no intention of undergoing it. Pacquiao could have proven his willingness to test against Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Bradley I, Marquez 3 & 4, it took up until Rios, likely due to Marquez putting him out which prompted it. Again, he never had any intentions of doing it and for the most part, compromising. Made many attempts to look good in the public's eye and failed miserably for the most part.

Pacquiao negotiated like a crime boss, at times it was laughable, to bend a bit because of the Hatton video, to then ask for 14 days knowing it was off the table, that approach indicates his unwillingness to test period. It's the art of making it seem like you want to test.

actually. drug testing of this type IS A NEGOTIATION.

until it becomes standard, the extensive drug tests has to be negotiated in contracts.

how would pac know that floyd would not agree to 30 day? if pac offer 30 day and floyd agreed then pac backed out that would make him look very suspect so why would he risk that by even offering it? like i said if he had no intention then it would have been a no from the very beginning which would have made him less suspect instead of jumping around from 30 to 24 to 14. this is the reason why i felt manny thought he could call the shot.

Pacquiao knew Mayweather wouldn't agree when he was ****** enough to propose limited amount of blood tests, 2 in which he'll know the date and a 30 day cutoff. In fact, if I wanted Mayweather to refuse any offer, I'd send him that one.

Except that Pacquiao never proved he was willing against Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Bradley I, Marquez 3 & 4, so you don't have a leg to stand on

one in jan, again how will he know what day they'll come? one 30 day from the fight and one right away after the fight. how long is a regular training camp? so u think 3 EXTRA testing plus the unlimited urine will not be enough to catch a cheater?
