i see as him allowing 3 tests.
glass half full, glass half empty thing,
to me him agreeing to 3 blood tests is not a sign of a guilty cheat.
maybe because to me the "EVIDENCE" of ped never made sense.
pac wasn't bigger, stronge, faster.
he wasn't koing ppl, just hatton but that was a perfect fluke punch.
and the can't get hurt crap was untrue. cotto was landing arm punches pac was seeing and covering up for and cotto 2nd half was running not sitting on his punches.

Originally posted by IMDAZED View PostTravis Tygart, the chief executive of Usada, said his organization has a checklist that it calls the matrix of effectiveness. It includes blood and urine testing, both in and out of competition. Blood tests, Tygart added, detect prohibited substances like human growth hormone, synthetic hemoglobin, designer EPO and blood transfusions, while urine tests do not.
Pacquiao has agreed to have his blood tested three times: in early January, when the fight was expected to be announced, 30 days before the fight and immediately after it. He also agreed to random urine testing.
But Tygart said the 30-day window would still allow an athlete plenty of time to dope with illegal substances not detectable by urine testing.
“That kind of window is totally unacceptable,” Tygart said. “It would provide a huge loophole for a cheater to step through and get away with cheating.”
My friend, Manny didn't just want a cut-off. He wanted to know when they were coming. So let me ask you this: If he had issues with giving blood as YOU claim he did...why was he able to take the test for Brandon Rios?

floyd is felt to likely be abusing TRT and VADA tests for synthetic testosterone in all their samples(unlike USADA, who only perform CIR if you are over the T/E ratio)
but it's unlikely, in a perfect world i suppose, i guess a way to make floyd feel more comfortable/willing pacquiao could undergo USADA testing, pacquiao was felt to be abusing HGH/EPO, vada tests for that also but to even it up

the point here is that rumours and accusations are worth ****-all; what matters is the fighters' own behaviour. as far as i'm concerned pacquiao incriminated himself. floyd hasn't done that
