Now lets get the split right and since pac said its not bout the moneyand he will fight for charity, so 40 million 35% should get it done, floyd cant dictate too CBS should the offer should stand

What if Floyd fights Khan on that date and Cotto says I'm not going up against Floyd because it'll affect our pocket as much as Floyds. He'll say he wants to in June and Canelo will still have no choice lol. Oscar is really overestimating Canelo's leverage at the moment.
cotto or not he is only moving off the date for floyd-pac, nothing else will change that, you can bank on it...even if he has to fight rod salka...

i dunno how much the split will matter in this case. the ppv split is gonna totally be in floyds favor probably 60-40 or 70-30. the guaranteed money is what matters. and that wont have anything to do with the split. is there enough money to gurantee both guys to satisfy them? im thinking floyd gets near 70-100 and manny near 40-60.

I think you're right. Realistically, I'm sure the goal for Team Mayweather is for him to get something in the neighborhood of $100m (that includes guarantee & upside). I think realistically, he gets guaranteed something like $70-80m. I think guaranteeing Pac $35-40m is fair and they can work out a similar split for upside. But their respective numbers should determine that, although it hasn't been very close over the past year.

Well then him and Oscar are really, really ******. The last time he went up against a PPV was when Martinez fought Chavez and that did better than Canelo's numbers without Floyd. I don't see how that is raising his stock.

I hear what you guys are saying and don't really see a problem with those numbers. I am not sure if someone on here on another site said it. But the money for Manny has to make Arum happy not Manny. Arum has said before that he won't do fights that he doesn't feel is worth his while monetary wise. So if Floyd gets a 70-80mill guarantee Arum not going to be happy with Manny getting 50% less of whatever guarantee Floyd is getting. I just don't see it.

Too bad for them. Should've taken 50-50 when it was there. They don't like making $40-60m? Go fight Vargas then.
