Cotto can lose in ways people are oblivious to, Cotto isn't gonna come out of a Canelo fight the same fighter...even in victory. It's more benefiting to fight Mayweather.

Also, Cotto isn't gonna lose leverage against Canelo, Canelo got 11-1'd against Mayweather.
