Khan vs Brook would probably get higher ratings than Khan vs Thurman in America.
350k PPV in America is worth more to Khan and Golden Boy then one live gate in Sheffield. Sorry.

Your so lost its endearing. Everyone would want to see if Khan can handle Thurmans power and if Thurman is legit, while Americans dont care whos the better European fighter Khan or Brook has no significance to Americans other then a belt and the Landscape of the devision.

No one really knows who Thurman is either. You do realise that Khan and Brook can make $5m each fighting each other? And that doesn't even take into account PPV revenue. How can Thurman compete with that?
Please show me one article that says this fight would be on PPV. I have not heard that until you brought it up in this thread.

I would favor brook over thurman

Thurman is a good fighter and he can outslug a boxer, and outbox a slugger, but faced with a world caliber guy like brook with a good jab I think thurman gets outboxed..

A boxer will outbox thurman, but won't outslug him
A slugger will win a slugfest, but thurman can outbox them..
But faced with a true world caliber boxer like brook and I think thurman eats a jab all night long as loses 116-112

No he couldn't. Brook has been injured and it's an outdoor stadium fight. Research friend. research.

Yeah, maybe Khan should just fight Algieri then. He just did similar numbers on HBO to what Bradley did.

No not everyone would want to see that, because Thurman isn't known to anyone at all. He's never fought on a big card as the main event, at least Brook has that + a win over the guy who beat other guys like Alexander and Malignaggi who are also much more known than Thurman.

Well Brook is a champion and ranked number 4 in the division or 5 depending on who you look at. So once again, you're wrong.

First there hasnt even been negotiations or even talks or discussions so no the fight was not skipped due to injury. All we hear is the same thing that has been going on for a While, Brook wanting to fight Khan and Khan fighting someone else.

Your wrong my friend. In America Thurman vs Khan would do better numbers. You cant tell me any different because your looking at it as a European fan. Thurman is the #1 contender to Mayweather for the WBA title and is interim champion, He is Ranked Higher then Khan by Ring Magazine, the WBA, and is ranked 7th by fight news where Brook is ranked 5th, and an Epilogue to his last fight is going to be aired on Showtime. Im sorry how many times has that happened for Brook? He also just white washed the #3 contender for the WBC. Compare more?

Khan-Brook has to take place in the summer because it's an outdoor fight. It was never going to happen in December.

You'd be lucky to get $1.5m to face Thurman right now whereas Khan and Brook make $5m a piece before PPV against each other. How can you not get this?
