Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum reacted to a recent televised claim made by WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. - who says the veteran promoter, and his fighter WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, are culprits who are preventing a 2015 super-fight from taking place.
