Are you really going to argue that Khan could outbox Floyd over 12 rounds to win a UD based on those performances?
    Quit while youre behind.

The journeyman you speak of are a 2 division world champion, a former welterweight world champion coming of a KO win of a former Floyd opponent and a guy who has a draw with Porter, add to that wins over 6 other world champions 3 of which are mutliple division champions.

This isn't enough to get you a Floyd shot because you were rocked Maidana despite beating him.

But beating Porter (who drew with journeyman Diaz) as your soul decent win gets you Floyd ?

You bring up irrelevant champions who were barely sniffing the p4p list in their own weight divisions.

Apparently taking them the distance gets you a shot at the p4p #1.

Brook has KO's of 4 undefeated fighters in his last 5 fights (who are also champions... WBC and WBA belts...).

Based solely on performances undefeated Brook is in much better position than "Crystal" Khan, especially considering Mayweather mocks fighters with KO losses.

Khans a bigger name and has fought WAY more high level fighters than Brook. Brook has literally only fought Porter. Brook needs to beat the likes of Thurman/Maidana to make that viable. Brook v Mayweather in the UK is a serious far cry but it would sell out Wembley, do crazy PPV numbers in the UK and ok in the states.

          Brook
          Porter
          Garcia
          Bradley
          Pacquiao

Two of those guys beat Alexander's ass already, one beat Khan's ass, another beat Porter's ass after beating Alexander's ass, and Pacquiao speaks for himself.

None of you will have anyone to blame but yourselves in the aftermath of a potential Mayweather/Khan fight, when Mayweather wins fairly convincingly and you're all whining about it.

Khan's been carefully matched to look better than he is...it was so obvious to me how the Alexander fight would end I didn't bother watching it...had Khan to win by points all night long...Alexander has never impressed me, feather-fisted and can be out-boxed...tailor made for Khan. And before that Collazo riding a wave of hype after beating shot Ortiz, and before that a struggle in beating old Diaz...

Ok, Khan has speed, he's got skills, and there isn't much danger that Floyd can KO him...but it's very questionable whether he really deserves the fight. But then again, who really DOES deserve the fight other than Pac?

            Khan should face Thurman

            Floyd should face Manny

            Brook can maybe face Bradley

Andre Berto and his new found shoulder roll would be an epic clash of titans.

Is Alexander suppose to be some type of stud? If he is, I didn't get the memo.

Khan is nothing more than a decent journey man fighter, a stepping stone. He should be fighting Bradley.

Not at all. Porter didn't beat Alexander anywhere near as impressively as Khan. I watched Devon vs Porter yesterday with the sound off and that was a very close fight, it could have gone either way really, it was nothing compared to Khan's complete domination of Devon.

So Brook beating Porter was an excellent performance but Porter is basically the same level as Alexander. Khan beats Porter real easy at this point so the Brook fight is like a 55-45 fight imo, in Khan's favour.

                    This post is ******.

Anyway, I tend to agree. If not Pacquiao, I wouldn't mind a Khan fight. I always thought Khan would give Floyd a lot of problems.
