Doesn't matter where he hurt him. He hurt him and badly. So did Lopez. So if you're going to use one example for Thurman which was not nearly as bad as you describe, you cant ignore Maidana has been hurt more often and more severely than Thurman has.

Thurman would have blown right through Lopez if you want to use that theory.

No i never said that KT was an A. What I said was that at best maiden is a B level fighter and is nowhere near the top level at welterweight. Thurman is much better in every category than maidana as are a bunch of other fighters. read thoroughly next time buddeh

you're right. they just miscalculated in that case. my guess is they assumed Broner's speed and skills would be the difference, but he's just too stationary to handle a big puncher like that. but that's one of my favorite fights that i've ever seen live.
