??? I don't even think jose ' s mom would try to justify that outcome. As for the "Danny the Beast" ....I do like Danny, but Maurico won that one just as easy.

If for no other reason than the lopsided scores, it was a robbery. This one has 'Outcome Pre-Decided' all over it. Hopefully Herrera gets some more good paydays. The guy deserves it definitely. Benavidez is crapola. He'll be exposed and fully destroyed by someone soon enough.

Most of the punches landed by Herrera was when Benavidez layed on the ropes with his guard up, those punches to the body had absolutely no effect on Benavidez, then Benavidez would come out of it with a hard uppercut usually, and he basically outboxed him other than the couple times a round when he layed on the ropes. Benavidez landed the harder shots for sure, my 9 year old can punch harder than Herrera. I had Herrera winning the first 2 and then a couple more towards the end. Definitely no robbery unless you think a bunch of weak body shots that have no effect when the guy is purposely laying on the ropes letting you hit beause your so weak, and then outboxing you and hurting you the rest of the right deserves a victory. lol people are just on a bandwagon right now... he lost that fight

I agree. First off a lot of ppl are highly influenced by the hbo commentery.even at the end max said i can give maybe 7 rounds for herrera.hey thats only one close round away from being a draw. Yet ppl are screaming huge robbery.

Then ppl are saying well the media scored it for herrera..yeah im gonna listen to guys like dan rafael who scored the garcia/herrera a draw like other media who by the way even had danny winning that fight

Listen, more activity doesnt necessarily mean ur winning. Its effective punching and jose had more of that. He threw less but they were better more clean punches.compubox for what its worth had jose at a higher percentage scoring higher in everything. Whats it matter if u throw 100 punches but only half connect? So a guy who throws 80 punches and lands 50 loses the round?

Was it close? Yes definitely but i had jose edging it out by 1 round. Ppl screaming robbery but no one is saying how herrera blew benavidez out. I think a lot of ppl have a soft spot. For herrera because hes been robbed. Great fighter but i had him losing a close fight. I dont beleive he did enough to win
