Who should Antonio Tarver fight next?

Antonio Tarver said after he stopped Jonathan Banks that he's going after a world heavyweight title.

Who would be the logical next opponent for The Magic Man? The softest heavyweight titleholder is Ruslan Chagaev.

Should he target the WBA "world" belt, or go after the real HW champion Klitschko for a bigger payday? Should Klitschko give Tarver a title shot?

To give an actual answer, I don't know who he should fight....dude wasn't that good at LHW, more in the right place at the right time.

I think a Fury fight would be fun and awesome pre-fight would be hilarious. If he wants a fight with Wlad he's going to have to go through at least one top 10 guy....I would suggest Chagaev(spelling?)

I think the winner of Wilder-Stiverne would be perfect just so that winner could beat a name fighter to gain some casual appeal even if Tarver almost has none minus the time he was a good commentator for Showtime. Plus Tarver is live fighter at least. I hope Wilder wins that fight just because if Stiverne was to win we'd have to wait 5-6 months for Stiverne to threaten to sue Don King before King drops him a 5-6 figure check to silence him before giving him his only fight of 2016.

Banks would of have been a better opponent a few years ago if he fought this version of Tarver but this surely doesn't make Tarver a serious contender yet. But by today's standards I guess he could? Haha but Chagev would be decent for him too especially if he wanted ammo to attract bigger names with that belt. Plus you know how crazy overseas paper champions are always trying to bank on past prime former champions haha.

All I learned was Tarver has a lot more left in him then Roy Jones.

This actually wouldn't be bad at all hahaha winner gets to be a gimme fight for a world title. This would actually be awesome.

Might as well make it a 4 man tournament with James Toney and Roy Jones 2!

He better wait. He's not ready or deserving yet. Fight Chris Arreola.
