Pacquiao fans keep ignoring it because the truth doesn't suit their agenda.

        2012 - 50/50 - this was called off since 2011, no 50/50
2014 - $40 mil + 35% - floyd never made this offer. floyd's offer was 40mil flat fee, which arum return a counter offer of $45mil to floyd in which floyd decline, but i guess this only counts when its pac.
All those offers were fair and all were turned down by Pacquiao.

ESPN reported on January 20, 2012, that Mayweather called Pacquiao on the telephone and spoke directly with him in the Philippines. "He ask about a 50/50split and I told him no that can't happen, but what can happen is you can make more money fighting me then you have made in your career," Mayweather said.

Mayweather offered to pay him a flat fee of $40 million for a proposed fight but would not allow him to share in the revenue

The 50/50 in 2012 was turned down because Arum wanted to build a stadium remember?

The $40 mil + 35% was made this year. I left out the $40 mil flat which was made in 2012 because that was unfair.

He made a 50/50 offer after this but Arum turned it down because he wanted to build an outdoor stadium.

Manny Pacquiao looks set to reject Floyd Mayweather Jnr's challenge to fight him on May 5 in Las Vegas. The American took to Twitter on Tuesday to call out the eight-division champion.

Floyd isn't retiring permanently, he'll stop fighting for 3 years tops and spend all his money. His undefeated record is going to go regardless.

That's Koncz saying his side doesn't have a problem splitting it 50-50, not Floyd's.

If Alexander beats Khan I'm 100% sure it will happen next. He's not leaving that much money on the table.

This is 50 Cent quote is taken from a video in which he said Floyd's team (i.e Al Haymon) wouldn't take the fight, as opposed to just Floyd.

The question I have is this, even if Floyd wanted to make the fight (and I don't think he does, possibly due to Haymon advice) would he even be able to if Haymon refused to sanction it?

Miss Flor Mayweather aka Monkey will have a heart attack on his way to the ring. That is how scared he is! He will fire his own father if ever his father will discuss in public anything about any future fight between Miss Flor Mayweather (Monkey) and trhe Pacman. Manny Pacquiao is the biggest nightmare of Miss Flor Mayweather.
