Comments Thread For: 50 Cent: I Don't See Mayweather Taking Pacquiao Fight

Rapper/promoter Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has serious doubts that Floyd Mayweather Jr. will face Manny Pacquiao in a 2015 mega-fight.

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who handles Pacquiao, is trying to secure Mayweather through CBS CEO Les Moonves.

Jackson was once a close friend and associate of Mayweather for several years. They had a serious falling out in 2012, but slowly the two of them have been mending their relationship.

LMAO What else can be said as to why Floyd won't fight Pacquiao? He knows he has a very big chance of losing. I don't care what Al Haymon or his team told him. He has said it himself that he makes the final decision as to who he fights. If the fight doesn't happen, it will all be on MW. Yes, he is still a future hall-of-famer but Pacquiao's name will forever haunt his "legacy" if they don't fight. No one will forget the so called "midget" that Floyd was afraid of fighting.

What's new , nothing that we don't already know . Floyd has become tiresome with this B level opponent picking and is obviously waiting to see if he can get away with picking another B level fighter from this weekends proceedings.

Always funny seeing people say this because Rios and Algieri are worse than any opponent Mayweather has fought in the last 10 years.

Why risk it at this point? He's so close to retiring undefeated.

floyd fans: floyd doesnt need to fight manny! manny is a nobody now. this fight will not do anything for floyd's legacy. i would rather see floyd take on a young stud like danny garcia. thats more of a threat than pedquiao.
