Pacquiao and Mayweather know they don't have to fight each other because they can always fight other fighters and people will still pay to watch. As long as they both have fans that will support them no matter who they fight, this fight will never happen. I know it's more popular to say Mayweather is the one avoiding the fight but until Manny Pacquiao start showing up at Mayweather's gym a la Shannon Briggs, he's just as guilty in my eyes.
