You can thank Floyd's boss, Al Haymon. There's an article on yahoo right now blaming Haymon for the current negotiations not materializing. Haymon doesn't appear interested in making the fight. Think I'm joking? I'll link you to it if you doubt me.

Neither fighter is scared I find it laughable to call professional fighters scared when they the ones who actually get in the ring and put they life and health on the line
