I don't care if everyone on earth has an opinion, I have the facts. And the facts are, there were 2 negotiations and only one side declined both. That's a FACT!

The difference between Pac and Floyd is Floyd made excuses in interviews, when it didn't matter. Pac and Arum made the excuses during negotiations, when it did! BIG DIFFERENCE!
