Floyd has used USADA OST for his fights since JMM so this shouldn't be a big deal for him. I imagine this will be problematic for fighters that don't test at all or those that only test when they fight outside the US. I wonder if the WBO, IBF and WBA will follow suit?

Maybe so, but again Floyd has been taking some form of OST for years. I suspect it wwill be more difficult for fighters who haven't done any testing.

It will also be interesting to see which fighters do not fight for any WBC belt and if the other sanctioning bodies, especially the Arum controlled WBO, begins the same type of testing protocols.

Yes. they make regular announcements regarding fighters who get caught. The commissions release the news after the fights regarding test results.

I guess SOMEONE still doesn't understand the meaning of "RANDOM" and how it deters usage.

I understand that when you only test 2 months leading up to the fight that it's not really random and it's not really deterring anyone from the other 10 months. So based on that, floyd has never done random testing.
