Exactly! Before there was absolutely no need for more testing and by no means was the used to duck Mayweather. Manny passed the commission drug testing so OBVIOUSLY he was clean. Marquez passed commission drug testing and "we need OSDT, he's on PED's"...LOL...By the way, why would they want that drug testing anyway, doesn't it "weaken" Pac?

The more transparent the process is, the better it is for boxing.

IMO all boxing commissions should enforce 24/7 mandatory drug testing policies, like what Nonito Donaire does or what they do in cycling.

USADA handles testing for US athletes. Under your premise, that should be a conflict of interest as well. Didn't Bradley have to pay for VADA testing w/Marquuez?

There is conflict of interest there, and theres been coverups, but thats not even in the same ballpark as being hired by a fighter or promoter. This is too obvious. All these private testing regimes in boxing are a joke, of course

I don't think it was Pac that ask for Floyd Style Drug Test. A Floyd Style Drug Test with no cut of date yet against Mosley it surprisingly ends 14 days before the fight. As a matter of fact, I don't think Floyd asked for any cut-offs to any of his fight except against Pac.
