Pacquiao was very outspoken about his experience with Morales-PAC 1 and he didn't like blood drawn on the days before the fight. He said after the fight, that he believed it weakened him. Excuse or not, that's what he believed.

Pac said had blood drawn THE DAY OF THE FIGHT! So how does that go from the day of the fight, to needing 30 days? 30 days which only changed beause they were caught LYING???!! Its not consistent because previously he NEEDED a cutoff and would be weakend. Now somehow even without the Floyd fight, he is able to do so, and those excuses magically went away.

Floyd has proven that silence means nothing. He was silent before the Mosley fight and it got made. Who cares if Pac called him out. Pac and Arum have proven that just because they say they want the fight, doesn't mean they will put actions behind it. People should just shut the hell up and see what the ACTIONS show. We have lots of time b4 May and I have NO problem coming out and saying Floyd was at fault if he is, do you have a problem admitting Pac was at fault, because so far, it seems so.

Who cares what it looks like. All that matters is his actions when the time comes to make the fight. By the way, Floyd said it in 2009 and in 2012 and both times, Pac and Arum found reasons not to make the fight!
