Megadeath, ...Pac agreed to OSDT and was just a question of cut off dates. Pacquiao was very outspoken about his experience with Morales-PAC 1 and he didn't like blood drawn on the days before the fight. He said after the fight, that he believed it weakened him. Excuse or not, that's what he believed.

It's consistent to what he said in the Floyd-PAC negotiations.

I'm not going to get into this again, but all that matters is public opinion. If Mayweather never fights Pac 95% of the population will feel it was Mayweather who ducked Manny at all costs. Truth or not doesn't matter, it's what is going to happen and no one will give a **** when you say "But Floyd this and Floyd that..." 15 years from now my son and all his friends will know Floyd for being a coward and not his wins over Maidana and Guerrero it's really just as simple as that.

They will fight in May and September.... There's no other fights besides Khan for Floyd or Marquez again for Pac. Both guys have run out of all possible options and both have been drawing low numbers PPV wise the last few times out.
The time is now to make the fight or fights... We will finally get to see who the best of this generation is early next year.
