Mayweather-Khan at the MGM Grand Garden Arena vs Cotto-Alvarez at any other venue in the country, both on May 2nd.

What event does Dish Network, DirectTV, Comcast, AT&T U-verse, or any of the other PPV distributors choose to carry?

Because the distributor isn't going to put on both fights. Everyone goes with the Mayweather PPV event, without much pause.

Cotto-Alvarez likely gets moved to regular HBO, with the two fighters splitting $3m on HBO, rather than the potential +$20m that they could've picked up on Puerto Rican Day weekend. lol

Good, push Mayweather off that May date. Make Mayweather give us a REAL fight if he wants Cinco de Mayo weekend. He'll have to do that in order to have leverage and claim the Cinco de Mayo weekend.

Mayweather can fight Algieri on May 2 and still draw a bigger PPV audience than Cotto/Alvarez.

I would bet everything that I own that Mayweather will be fighting on May 2, whether it is against Pacquaio, Cotto or someone else.

De La Hoya hasn't been correct yet in one of his predictions about Floyd Mayweather. There is no reason to believe that he will be correct about this one. Mayweather said he will figiht on May 2 and he will fight on May 2.

If HBO schedules a Cotto/Alvarez fght on the same date and Showtime schedules a Mayweather fight on that date, HBO will blink first and change the date to June.

Mayweather defeated Oscar De La Hoya with pillows that Oscar chose for him. If the fighter is a great fighter, he can use any type of gloves and win.

"He didn't get to wear his gloves" is just one of the excuses that Pacquaio fans will use to justify his loss to Mayweather.

Alot of people on here have a hard time with reading comprehension. oscar is saying that Canelo/Cotto want May but if Floyd wants May then Cotto/Canelo will go in April/June. Everyone take the time and re-read slowly. This is a mis - interpretation by the writer.
