it's for the undisputed 140 title(2007 version). it will be the first time a boxer could get the 4 major titles in any weight division ever.

legacy wise this is better than floyd equaling dela hoya's 6th division title.

according to arum's statement:
" I’d like to see him on HBO again so people will become more familiar with Jessie before we put him on a pay-per-view with Manny"
i may be right that they pursue another title holder than vargas and build vargas up as the last 140 title holder for that undisputed title.

or pacquiao could do a catchweight fight with crawford for the lineal 135 title.

Well Arum said no more excuses or ego right? If so why is it a problem for him to speak to fighters who are manage NOT promote but manage by Haymon. Just because he doesn't like working or negotiating with the guy!
