And then criticizing Pacquiao for being dumb....oh the irony.
Pacquiao refused the $40m, and then took $20m to lose to Tim Bradley in the first fight, $20m to get knocked out by Marquez in their fourth fight.

Then, he took home basically only his guarantee for the Rios fight, the Bradley rematch, and the Algieri fight.

So yeah, Pacquiao is pretty foolish; watch the $80m "offer" turn to $15m once he's stuck trying to sell Jessie Vargas as the second coming of Oscar De La Hoya, lol.

Oscar really has no specific connection to the fight (if you believe MP can pull half the crap off), just many relations that he would probably use in order to fill the undercard with his vs Arum's fighters.

De La Hoya has a history with both fighters, in and out of the ring. De La Hoya lost a close 12 round split decision to Mayweather in May of 2007 and was stopped by Pacquiao after the eighth round seven months later.

              December 2008

              7 months later?

I count 19 months, damn near 2 years after.

I want this fight to happen in May 2015, NOT Sept

Mayweather keeps waiting and waiting and waiting until Pacquiao noticeably declines

Even though Pac has declined from his prime days, I still want to see it happen in May, not Sept

if pacquiao leaves himself open like he did in the cherry picked, stiff, and there to get a paycheck algieri, against mayweather. He will get beaten badly. Simple and plain.
