What?? You're not making sense. Arum has to get paid either way. Difference is, if he's cut out he takes a fixed percentage.

Arum is the only promoter who takes that high of an percentage, if Manny and other Arum promoted fighters new what Floyd, Oscar and other ex-promoted Arum fighters know, Manny would leave Arum vowing to never do business with him again as a fighter. Unfortunately, Manny does not understand the financial and business side of boxing. No to mention, Manny has to pay huge interest on the advances he receives from Arum.
