Also, the Nevada State Athletic Commission has a standard rule that all boxing rings will be 20 ft. rings, no exceptions. If you saw Floyd fighting in a 23-ft. ring, it is because you wanted to see Floyd fighting in a 23-ft. ring.

Once again Arum is blowing smoke, a source from CBS said the Network offered Manny a very attractive purse plus a large percentage of the PPV, Arum turned it down. People, as long as Manny is tied to Arum this fight is NOT HAPPENING!

Dangling the carrot again. Arum is holding Mayweather hostage from cementing his place in boxing history. He wants Floyd to starve for PAC or pay hugely for a fighter with 5 losses and either fights defeated, beat up, washed up, mixed up, messed up, plumped up, or made up opponents.

Arum takes 30% (probably more since Manny received several advancements from Arum which Manny has to pay back) from Manny's purses, a deal offered to Manny by anyone not named Bob Arum would not include that ridiculous amount Arum takes from Manny. Also, Arum has those BS clauses that require fighters to either resign or sign with him.
