The only person who Khan would have been the underdog against was Bradley at 140lbs and he agreed to fight Bradley so once again, how has he been carefully matched or had hand-picked opponents? That means every opponent was hand-picked except Bradley who REFUSED to fight him.

He's had one fight at 147lbs . How can you judge him by his welterweight career when he's had 1 fight at the weight?

Until the next thread when I publicly humiliate you again.
      Slaughtered? You crack me up.

I asked a simple question and you couldn’t even provide a single name in 29 fights. You're arguing Khan was always the top man, like he's not publicly criticised daily for his obvious fragility. You’re the very definition of “owned”.

Khan can win against most on points, if he hears the final bell. He’s got talent but his handlers don’t want him in against punchers. As Froch correctly said, “he gets cleaned out by top level punchers.” 10% of hand picked fighters have beaten him. That's all there is to it.

      • Froch is right -- like he is each time he doesn't have to hype a fight.

Khan wasn't the top man at 140lbs. He was the number 2 and he tried to fight the top man but was turned down repeatedly. So it was literally impossible for him to fight anyone he wouldn't be favoured against at 140lbs.

And he was the unified champion so he wasn't fighting cream puffs. Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Maidana, Judah, Peterson (juiced), Garcia. All either champions or top 5 fighters.

He's had one fight at 147. Luis Collazo. In one fight, he fought a better opponent than say Brook had fought in his entire career at 147 at that point. A better opponent than Mayweather fought in his first fight at 147.

I guess Khan and his supporters should take it as sort of a compliment that you hold him to such high standards. Higher than those of most other boxers.

Yeah, his supporters could do that. or just realise that he's a marketeers wet dream to exploit casuals like yourself on PPV. The kids got skills, but he's clearly not the full package. Anybody without blinkers sees that.

Once again... 10% of hand picked fighters have beaten Khan. Next up... "knockout artist" Devon Alexander.

                I'll check up on it.
So Maidana was the mandatory challenger, but he had not been mandated to fight by December. Khan COULD have fought another guy but WANTED to fight Maidana.

So it was his mandatory, but he didn't have to fight him when he did.

Prescott was the only one that was hand-picked (by his new trainer). Khan was a prospect and it was a gamble that backfired.

Lamont Peterson was Khan's mandatory challenger for the IBF title. It's funny how you know what mandatory means when it comes to the Maidana fight but not in this situation. He was not "hand-picked" - Khan went to his hometown to defend his title and was royally shafted by poor officiating, judging and a man juiced to the gills on PEDs.

Khan was supposed to fight PEDerson in a rematch but it got cancelled because he failed a drug test. Khan chose to fight the next available champion in the division at short notice, Garcia. How can you hand-pick the best available opponent?

Yes Khan was favoured to win but he would have been favoured to beat anyone at 140lbs except Bradley. The only reason Khan was fighting guys like Peterson and Garcia was because the top guy at the weight refused to fight him.

No just something that actually holds value.

I can go and edit that wikipedia page and call Maidana a 'voluntary' - that doesn't actually make it factual.
