my definition of spectacular is probably different to yours, what's so spectacular about him?
I'm not dissing him, kid has solid skills, good footwork, decent speed and best of all he is a combination puncher when he gets on a roll but he isn't great in any of those categories although he is very good.
I've been watchin for long enough to know the difference.Comment

He's a volume guy, but either he doesn't sit down on his punches much or he just doesn't pack a good punch. A guy like Rigo doesn't throw nearly as much, but he makes his punches count as you can see by how his opponents react. I find that more impressive than punch spamming with little pop. Loma threw everything but the kitchen sink at little hobbit Gary Russel Jr. and couldn't' even drop him once.Last edited by Foreign Soil; 11-23-2014, 06:32 PM.Comment

All of that movement was needless and pretty tedious to watch at times.Comment

and while only having one good hand for half the fight what a runner.Comment

And be more hittable. There are different styles to fight effectively, when you have the great movement Lomachenko has it would be pretty foolish to decide to be more flat footed. Besides he is hardly stinking the place out like Rigo or Mayweather, he is being aggressive and he is hurting his opponents.Comment
