Pretty obvious to anyone watching. He injured the hand and the xray showed swelling. He fought one-handed because of the injury:

I enjoy watching skills but get real loma runs a lot for no dam reason he needs to learn effective foot skills with punching. People acuse rigo of running but he does no where near the amount of running that loma does at this point. Notice how rigo got out of the amture style real quickly while loma still in that mode. Yeah but Lomachenko still managed to throw more than a 1000 punches and connect at more than 35% which is very impressivet considering this is his only 4th pro fight.

You are an idiot I enjoy watching Calderon and rigo but it comes to the point when running is what it is running, e****ally when you got an oponnet who is no where near the skill level as loma. He's a volume guy, but either he doesn't sit down on his punches much or he just doesn't pack a good punch. A guy like Rigo doesn't throw nearly as much, but he makes his punches count as you can see by how his opponents react. I find that more impressive than punch spamming with little pop. Loma threw everything but the kitchen sink at little hobbit Gary Russel Jr. and couldn't' even drop him once.
