Pacquiao fans are dumb. Manny not ducking anyone but hasn't fought ANYONE at 147 to note since Cotto. He hasn't stepped in the ring against none of the top guys at 147 like Maidana, Brook, Thurman, hell, even Robert Guerrero when he was making some noise. Manny even ducked Andre Berto for Shane Mosley. People try to say Floyd is ducking but Floyd has fought the fighters who were in good positions coming off good wins or were champions at the time. Manny hasn't done that. Now he fights a guy with 8 KO's and next talking about fighting Jesse Vargas but stay saying he wants the Mayweather fight next? Floyd is at 147, not 140. I believe Pacquiao would fight anyone but Bob don't want him to because he's protecting his investment while trying to keep the fights in house and make the money. The cold war is supposed to be over but Bob still making crap in house fights. Oscar caused problems in his own house for nothing. Only way the fights get made is if Bob Arum kicks the bucket.

anyways crawford also use that "talk to my promoter, its up to my promoter" but got never labeled as a ducker.

i think action speak louder than words.
