I was watching some videos of Bert Cooper yesterday, a fringe contender in the 90s. I would put all my money on him being the next best thing in this era. The way he threw to the body and head like a prime Tyson, was vicious in his punching.

Only because Lennox was knocked cold and it took someone with heavy hands, such as Sanders, to knock Wlad down four times to TKO him. As for the other two loses Wlad gassed and he still wasn't knocked cold.
